Shipping Information

We currently ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Shipping times may be extended during new collection launches or sale periods due to high demand.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return if you're not satisfied with your order.

Returns must be:

- Not worn and in original condition ( packaging and hangtags)

Returns must first be approved by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Once approved, return your item and keep your tracking number as proof. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

We do not accept returns that fail to meet the above criteria.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. These returns will be covered by us.
